These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of mychordbook's Website.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

  4. You must have the express consent of any individual featured in your content to use their image and/or voice in accordance with the permission you grant to us below. If you do not have their consent, you must not submit any content featuring that individual to the Website
  5. Your content must not contain any material which is, or may reasonably be considered to be, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, or in breach of confidence

  9. Apart from your account and account information, you can not demand your content to be deleted from mychordbook

Merchant of Records

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refund Policy

If any user request a refund for a payment, in case of eligibility, Mychordbook will make a refund based on the duration passed since the payment. Usage amount of the customer is calculated using the most expensive Mychordbook subscription plan ($ per day) multiplied with the days passed since the payment. The payment minus the usage amount will be refunded to the customer.
